Established under technical collaboration with M/s. Gauges Bourdon Ltd. – UK / France, Temperature Gauges, Temperature Elements & Thermowells are manufactured at our New Mumbai plant. Being a protector / pocket for Temperature gauge and temperature sensor, thermowell design and high quality is most essential for process safety and durability.

Thermowells are designed and manufactured confirming to ASTM PTC 19.3 and Wake frequency calculation is performed based on latest version 2010 to ensure the optimum suitable design of thermowell.

Material Manufactured from forged bar stocks / Pipes, thermowells are available in Carbon Steel (A105), SS304, SS304L, SS310, SS316, SS316L, SS446, SS410, SS317, SS317L, SS321, Monel, Hastelloy, Inconel, Incolloy, Titanium, Tantalum, Nickel, Kanthal, Kanthal APM, etc.

Offered with threaded and flanged process connections with BLRF, SORF, RTJ, flanges ranging from line size ½” and above and flange rating 150# to 2500# as well as API, JIS, BS, etc. standards.

Testing Chemical Analysis, Dimensional, Hydro Test, Dye Penetration, Bore concentricity, Physical, Microstructure, Post Weld H/T, NACE Compliance, Radiography, Ultrasonic, IGC various practices, IBR, PMI, etc. Approved WPS / PQR for various raw materials and welder and NDE qualification available . Regular Inspection and testing by BV, DNV, TUV, Lloyds, ABS, Moody, EIL, CEIL, etc.

Certificates Certificate of conformance, Test certificate, Material test certificates, 3.1 MTC, 3.2 MTC, Hydrotest reports, in-house special testing and third party testing certifications, as applicable are provided.
